Mystic Sands beach resort is a true gem in located in beautiful Vava'u, Kingdom of Tonga.
Our relaxed motel style accommodation is the perfect place to come and enjoy the tropical sun, sand and amazing clear blue waters on offer in Tonga. Mystic Sands is perfect for 2-5 people and families will especially love the child friendly atmosphere. All our units have at least 3 beds and can be made up as singles if wanted. Our family unit has 4 beds and can comfortably sleep a family of four.
Situated right on the beach with its own pier for pickups to go diving, whale watching, sailing or sports-fishing, you can spend your whole vacation without having to put shoes on! There are plenty of great activities on offer including whale watching, sports fishing and snorkeling right off mystics sands beautiful beach. We have free kayaks for your use and enjoyment.
Mystic Sands is located just 20 minutes drive from the Vava'u airport and only 10 minutes drive from Neiafu town centre. The small villages and plantations you will see on the way will give you a great insight into daily Tongan life. Taxis and rental cars are available.
We do not have a restaurant or bar but there is a quality beach front restaurant just four minutes walk along the beach. Our Tongan thatched fale on the dock is a great place to gather with friends and meet other guests before strolling down the waterfront for a drink and/or a meal.
The owners, Kjell & Adriana are originally from Norway and Ecuador and can tell you all about how and why we ended up in Tonga when you get here! We look forward to having you and we always do our very best to make you feel welcome!! |

New king-size quality beds.
Not
that we are lazy but we take sleeping seriously. When on vacation you
don't want a hard or uncomfortable bed. We offer a king size
double , or two king length single beds in every
room. Extra beds can be provided
for up to 2 children under 12 years, or for a third adult. |

Self-catering and private.
Mystic
Sands has outdoor furniture, spacious decks and a beautiful garden. No
where else in Vava'u will you find a place on the beach with your own
fully equipped kitchen and standards like this. Mystic Sands is not yet
listed in the guide books - but come and see for yourself. |

Child friendly.
Mystic Sands has a safe swimming beach right on the doorstep. It is
mainly white sand with a coral rock shelf in parts. You can relax on
the deck and watch the kids swim or play in the sand. If desired, we
can arrange for babysitting, local sim cards and/or phones so you
can keep in touch. |
