Mystic Sands

Mystic Sands Beach.

Mystic Sands is a true gem in Vava'u Tonga. Situated right on the beach with its own pier for pickup to go diving, whale watching, sailing or sports-fishing, you can spend your whole vacation without having to put shoes on! This is a relaxed owned and run motel stye accommodation. We will always do our best to make you welcome!! The owners, Kjell & Adriana are originaly from Norway and Ecuador. We can tell you all about how and why we ended up in Tonga when you get here :-)

Mystic Sands is well-located , being 20 minutes drive from Vava'u airport and only 10 minutes drive from Neiafu centre. Taxis and rental cars are available.
We do not have a restaurant / bar but there is a quality restaurant just five minutes walk along the beach. Our new waterfront Tongan thatched fale on the dock is a great place to gather with friends and also to meet other guests.

	New king-size quality beds. Not that we are lazy but we take sleeping seriously. When on vacation you don't want a hard or uncomfortable bed. We offer a king size double , or two king length single beds in every room. Extra beds can be provided for up to 2 children under 12 years, or for a third adult. Enjoy :-)

	Self-catering and private. Mystic Sands has outside furniture, spacious decks and a beautiful garden. No where else in Vava'u will you find a place on the beach with your own equipped kitchen and standards like this. Mystic Sands is not yet listed in the guide books - but come and see for yourself.

	Child friendly. Mystic Sands has a safe swimming beach right outside your doorstep. It is mainly white sand with a coral rock shelf in parts. You can relax on your deck and watch the kids swim or play in the sand. If desired We can arrange for babysitting and local phonecards and/or phones so you can keep in touch.
